Mary and Perry lived on BootJack MT, in the old horse and footpath trail, between Smokey Jct., and Shea, at Lowes Gap. Both are buried there in a family Cemetery. Perry was a logger and railroad worker. According to Rev Dana Ward, Mary heired the BootJack Mt., after old Calloway Byrge died, and sold it to the Land company. They stayed there and payed rent to the land company till Perry died.
